Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Many types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases, or customized goods.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Customized items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Items on sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@www.mangaka.be and send your item to our address
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must send it by mail to our address
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
